![]() ![]() He will now fire 5 laser blasts in a line following whichever direction you’re moving in, along with the rocket barrage and the spitting of bombs. He will have a mixture of the attacks from the last phase but turned up to 11. He will now pop back up as just a floating head. You will need to knock back 3 of these to finally beat him! Or maybe not. ![]() He will fire 2 bombs and a tennis ball, so you need to position yourself under the tennis ball and uppercut it back, as you have done against several enemies earlier in the game. You need to avoid both of these things while keeping an eye out for when he starts spitting bombs out of his mouth. This is because then the rockets will be low enough that they will probably crash into the floor without hitting you. For the barrage, I found it easiest to try and stand in the middle for a second while they come towards you, and then only moving to the side when he starts to fire the laser. In this phase he will fire his laser attack as he did previously, but also throwing in the odd rocket barrage. Take care of the arm and it’s onto Phase 3. You need to move to either side to avoid the lasers, but I suggest away from whichever arm is left so that it’s easier to dodge the next set of projectiles. You should see his eyes glow and the arm will not move towards the position it usually would to throw projectiles at you. This is an attack that just shoots in one spot, directly ahead of where he is facing. Pretty similar to the first arm tactics, but this time he will also throw in a laser eye attack. Do this three times to break open his face panel. He will move towards you and lean back, so make sure to stand still until he leans and then run sideways away from him, jumping once again to avoid the shockwaves he creates. Once the first arm has fallen off, he will try to headbutt you. Do this three times and his arm will fall off. Make sure to dodge the falling fist, jump and hover over the shockwave and then ram into the fist. He will then hover his fist over you for a second and then slam it down, creating shockwaves either side of it. The large green orbs you can dodge by dashing a short distance away from him into the gaps between them, and the fireballs you can either put out with water from your trunk, or slowly walk underneath them (this is made easier by the fact that you can see red spots on the floor to show where the fire will land). The first phase involves him shooting projectiles out of his hands towards you. He has several phases and will test almost all your skills. This is for defeating the final boss in the game in Stage 18. After this, you should have your shiny 100%. ![]() These jars are lives, so depending on how good you are at the game, and how many you've lost on your way, will effect how long this grind is at the end. This is the final clean up step and requires you to grind out peanuts in-order to reach 99 peanut jars. Also, destroying the survivor cages adds 10 to your phantom score so breaking these is actually required to successfully destroy all the phantoms in a stage.Īlong with these if you haven’t already got them in Step 1: This is because we found that although the game registers which survivors you have already collected by replacing a green arrow with a grey one, you still need to save them all again in one go in-order to get the credit at the end. Both these “collectibles” are tied to one another, and previous progress in a level isn’t saved once replaying meaning they must all be earned in the same run. Replay any levels where you have missed either a survivor or an enemy to kill. If you are good at the game and don’t lose many lives, along with being careful to look everywhere to try and save all the civilians and kill all the phantoms (especially on the beginning easier levels) then you will most likely also earn: ![]() You may wish to also grind out some peanut butter jars (lives) so that you have a safety net if you start to find things tricky, the last few levels are tough to complete with just 5 lives! All these levels can be accessed from the peanut base, with civilian and phantom enemy trackers being very easily seen when you select a stage so you know what you have to collect, and what you have collected once you've completed a stage. Play through the game and complete all 18 stages, while trying to save as many civilians and kill as many phantoms as you can. But this time with tanks, helicopters and a lot of other stuff to wreck! This is basically an elephant version of sonic with going fast, spinning, and jumping on enemy's heads as you would expect to find in a 2D platformer. ![]()
